A new, technology-driven microfinance company is seeking a meticulous and forward-thinking Finance Manager to build and lead our financial operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for everything from establishing robust accounting systems and ensuring regulatory compliance with RBM standards to managing treasury functions and leading our financial forecasting.

You will work directly with the executive team to guide our financial strategy, manage relationships with funders, and ensure the integrity of our reporting. This is a unique opportunity to implement best practices from the ground up and be a key player in the success of our mission-driven company.

Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role.
• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and treasury management.
• Experience within the microfinance or banking sector is highly preferred.
