A new microfinance company is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the engine of our business—our entire lending lifecycle. You will be responsible for optimizing our multi-channel operations, from our digital app to our community agent network, ensuring a fast, reliable, and positive experience for our clients.

Your mission will be to implement and refine our workflows, manage the rollout of our Core Banking System, and lead our customer service and collections teams. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about leveraging technology to improve processes, drive scalability, and build a best-in-class operational framework.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and managing technology implementation projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing customer-facing teams.
  • Direct experience in the microfinance or banking sector is highly preferred.
